Thank you for taking the time to learn about our company and our services. We are proud of our three (3) generations of experience. The owners Scott, Matt, and Micah Bosman, make up the current generation of Bosman Disposal. We are family and we are family owned and operated. Our company is licensed, bonded and insured to give you the peace of mind you need utilizing our services.

Our forefathers Ki and Henry Bosman, formed Bosman Disposal in the 1940’s. Since their first contract with the village of Norridge (one of current customers), we have been serving communities in the Chicago area with friendly, reliable, clean pick up and disposal service.

Matt and Micah Bosman are sons of Ki Bosman. Continuing in the legacy built by their father they began working at Bosman Disposal in the early 1980’s. Learning the business from their father, uncle and their own experiences Matt and Micah successfully ran the business for the next two decades and bring a wealth of knowledge and work ethic to Bosman family tradition.

Scott Bosman is the son of Henry Bosman. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the refuse industry. He has worked with one of the leaders in the industry. At BFI, Scott held many leadership roles in mechanics, maintenance, management and regional roles. Scott took this knowledge of the industry and applied them in the next generation of the Bosman Disposal business. Scott is the backbone of keeping the equipment in tip-top shape, ensuring our drivers have safe reliable vehicles. Scott, along with Matt and Micah, is instrumental in building this business for the next generation of Bosmans, who are currently involved and learning the business.

Together Scott, Matt and Micah and their sons and daughters form the 3rd generation of Bosman Disposal. Our big business minds formed this partnership leaving a legacy for the next generation of Bosman men and women.
