How long can I have the dumpster?
We generally allow our customers to have the dumpster for a week. During the winter when demand is lower we allow more time. We make some allowances for regular customers and for jobs where the weather slows things down.

How do I fill the dumpster?
All our dumpsters have a door in the rear that swings open to allow for ease of loading. ( you can also load over the sides) How full can I fill the dumpster? Level full UNLESS the load is brick, concrete or dirt. Because of weight restrictions during hauling we can’t legally haul more than 10 yards of heavy material at a time.

Will the dumpster leave marks on my driveway?
We place long boards under the dumpster to protect the driveway surface. We don’t know the condition of every driveway so we cannot guarantee the dumpster will not mark the driveway surface.

I don’t have a place to put a dumpster. Can I still get service?
Yes! We will come and help you load the dumpster for free if it can be done in under an hour, if it takes longer labor will be billed at $50.00 per hour.

How do I pay for my dumpster?
We accept Cash, Money Order and Cashiers Check. Business and Personal checks will be accepted with proper ID. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned to us N.S.F. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover at no extra cost. Repeat customers may establish an account and be billed monthly.

Do you recycle?
The transfer stations we dump at handle all of the sorting. If you have a load that’s all paper, cardboard, or metal we will take it straight to a recycler. We also will take and recycle all metal goods like washers, dryers, refrigerators, lawn mowers etc at no extra costs.
